Our Newcastle showroom at Fenwick Newcastle is open: Mon, Tues, Weds, Friday 9am - 7pm' Thursday 9am - 8pm, Sunday 11am to 5pm

Our team has over 50 years combined experience in jewellery retailing.

How long will it take for my order to arrive

We usually despatch your order within 5 working days

Can I collect my order in store?

Orders can be collected from our Yarm boutique by prior arrangement

What is your returns policy?

Returns must be arranged with us within 14 days of our despatch. Our full policy can be read here.

Can I send my return by post?

All postal returns must be made with a tracked and insured postage option.

Can I pay with cash?

We accept cash payments in store by prior arrangement.
